Job title: Account Executive

Salary: £60,000

Location: Office Based / Hybrid – 3 Home Working Days

PURPOSE OF ROLE

 

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Account Executive to join our clients team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITES

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and exceed client expectations
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors to make strategic recommendations to clients

SKILLS

 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are key to success in this role

EXPERIENCE

 

  • Account management, sales, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of commercial property and property owners' needs is a plus
