At Klaviyo, our Enterprise AEs pride themselves on being strategic sales professionals who focus on closing complex, high-value deals the right way—with the right customers whom they set up for long-term success.

Joining as our Enterprise-focused AE, you’ll be responsible for landing new enterprise logos and expanding strategic accounts. You’ll run the full sales cycle—from qualification to executive-level presentations, to navigating complex buying committees and procurement processes, to close—with minimal air support, all while managing multiple enterprise stakeholders and long sales cycles. The best Enterprise AEs not only close high-value deals with precision forecasting but also proactively expand accounts, build deep executive relationships, and maximize the long-term enterprise growth potential.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Build Klaviyo’s Enterprise client base across EMEA

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for high-value enterprise accounts

  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, working closely with C-level decision-makers

  • Support the success of your peers through knowledge sharing and mentorship

  • Exhibit Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to new Enterprise Account Executives

  • Expand your skill set by participating in cross-functional initiatives over time

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years' experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling Enterprise MarTech/ Marketing Automation/ CDP SaaS solutions

  • Proven track record of closing multi-six-figure and seven-figure deals with enterprise organizations

  • Experience selling to C-Suite/ Marketing & Digital Transformation leaders, with strong knowledge of the Enterprise Ecommerce, Retail, and Brand domains

  • Experience working in a strategic, consultative sales environment with long, complex sales cycles

  • Highly motivated and inspired by exceeding goals and driving enterprise-level impact

  • Adept at handling executive conversations, leading negotiations, and navigating procurement processes

  • Strong growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement

  • A team player who is thoughtful, engaging, and energetic, with a collaborative approach to selling

  • Full authorization to work in the UK without any restrictions
