Job title: Account Executive - Personal Lines
Salary: £35,000
Location: North West London
PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are working with a reputable insurance company to find a skilled individual to join their Private clients - personal lines team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, and driving portfolio growth.
EXPERIENCE
- Customer-facing role in personal lines insurance
- Basic knowledge of personal insurance products and compliance (FCA, Consumer Duty)
- Experience in renewals, new business, and client queries (desirable)
SKILLS
- Strong communication and organization
- Proactive and client-focused approach
- Team player with business development skills
DAY-TO-DAY
- Manage and build client relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Assist with policy renewals and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals
- Stay updated on market trends and training
