Account Manager

Were hiring a talented Account Manager, responsible for a portfolio of existing commercial clients in the renewable energy space. This is a key role, where you will drive business growth initiatives and lead relationships with our key customers in the UK. Youll build strategic and tactical relationships, drive account plans & ensure client retention while also capitalising on any selling opportunities. Armed with strong stakeholder management skills, youll need to have a customer first mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction. This is a new position and a great opportunity to have impact and to add value as the company grows.

What youll be responsible for:

• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Monthly/Quarterly reporting
• Monthly/Quarterly client meetings / service reviews
• Contract management lifecycle including SLA management and contract renewal negotiations.
• Client retention of portfolio
• Account growth actively seek opportunities within your accounts to grow the account and Blinks overall network. Identify and target revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records on internal systems e.g. Salesforce
• Ensure a high level of service is delivered to your portfolio of clients.
• Liaising with other areas of the business to agree and streamline processes
