The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join Carolina Herrera in Edinburgh.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail performance and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will bring the Carolina Herrera brand to life through meaningful customer interactions, building brand awareness and creating lasting customer loyalty.

You will ensure Puig retail excellence standards are consistently delivered while maintaining the expectations of the retailer you are based in. Through your passion for beauty, storytelling and service, you will create memorable customer journeys that inspire confidence and drive commercial success.

What You'll Get to Do

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and account sales targets while driving overall counter performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and build loyalty.
  • Increase brand awareness and champion the Carolina Herrera brand story.
  • Lead by example through outstanding service, product knowledge and commercial focus.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and build a loyal client base.
  • Create memorable and engaging customer journeys through personalised consultations.
  • Ensure Puig retail excellence standards are consistently maintained.
  • Adapt quickly to new promotions, launches and retailer-specific activities.
  • Manage priorities effectively and work both independently and collaboratively with store teams.
  • Monitor opportunities to maximise sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Bring the spirit of retail theatre to every interaction, turning consultations into meaningful experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager, Business Manager, Key Holder or Assistant Store Manager role.
  • Previous experience within the beauty, skincare or luxury retail industry.
  • A positive and adaptable mindset with flexibility to respond to changing business needs and schedules.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new product launches, promotions and in-store activities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Confidence working independently while also building strong relationships with store teams.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • The ability to translate brand stories into memorable customer journeys.
  • Experience thriving in premium retail environments where personalisation is key.
  • Professional polish, confidence and authentic enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
  • Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, luxury retail and the Carolina Herrera brand.
