We are seeking an Account Manager to cultivate existing client relationships up to Board Level. Orgvue works with some of the largest global brands and the Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships, monitoring overall experience, retaining and growing revenue via expansion of license and services.
Role
We are looking for an Account Manager with deep experience in organization transformation, workforce planning, or organizational design.
This individual will manage and grow relationships with our enterprise clients—working with senior stakeholders (e.g., CHROs, CFOs, COOs) to ensure Orgvue is embedded as a key enabler of business transformation. Ideal candidates will bring a background in consulting and a track record of delivering large-scale organizational change or workforce initiatives.
The role is focused on client success, adoption, and long-term value realization—requiring strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and understanding of enterprise change. The candidate will be expected to consult customers on their maturity level, provide recommendations to enhance it, and identify opportunities to build broader stakeholder engagement and grow utilization of Orgvue’s offerings across the customer organization.
This is a quota-carrying role with clear performance objectives tied to license retention, expansion, and services growth.
The Account Manager will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and manage opportunities across the full sales lifecycle—from identifying new needs and expanding stakeholder engagement, to negotiating renewals and supporting contract execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of 12–25 enterprise clients, maintaining a deep understanding of their transformation objectives
- Lead account planning and maintain a holistic view of the client relationship across services, platform usage, consulting partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with client teams to define roadmaps for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness using the Orgvue platform
- Consult on functional maturity, guide on application of Orgvue to customer initiatives, and uncover opportunities to broaden adoption within complex organizations
- Facilitate business reviews and executive engagement to ensure adoption and alignment to strategic goals
- Own commercial accountability for your book of business, including forecasting, renewal strategy, and services pipeline management
- Drive license and services expansion in alignment with customer business goals and transformation priorities
- Manage opportunities from discovery through close—collaborating with legal and leadership teams on proposals, pricing, and contract execution
- Partner with Customer Success Manager to ensure the day to day aligns to overall customer strategy
- Partner closely with Customer Experience, Revenue, and Product teams to ensure client success and surface feedback
- Collaborate with alliance and consulting partners to co-develop client solutions and support co-selling where appropriate
Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, organization design, or human capital advisory—preferably with a top-tier consulting firm
- Commercial acumen and a strong track record in account growth, renewal, and opportunity qualification across large enterprise portfolios
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide initiatives such as M&A, cost optimization, operating model redesign, or workforce strategy
- Strong client-facing background, with a proven ability to manage executive relationships and facilitate strategic discussions
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering content to senior audiences
- Familiarity with HR technology, workforce analytics, or organization design tools is a strong plus
- Prior experience with Orgvue platform highly desirable
