Job Title: Account Manager
Location: South Germany - Field-based
Do you have previous veterinary/medical sales experience? Are you ready to use your passion and enthusiasm to make a difference in animals lives with a leading name in veterinary medical devices? We are looking for an Account Manager to drive business growth across South Germany by developing key customer relationships and expanding the brand's presence in the region. This role will require a candidate who is excited by the prospect of owning a territory spanning the South of Germany and being the face of the business.

Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Veterinary Surgeons across South Germany
Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase market share
Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and demonstrate product value
Work closely with the Sales Director on strategic account development
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to share insights and feedback
Support product launches and guide clients through ROI discussions
Knowledge and use of CRM systems
Take ownership of your territory’s annual sales targets and objectives
Requirements:
Sales background with a good technical sales ability
Proven relationship-building skills
Ability to speak both English & German
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
Willingness to travel frequently and full driving license
