What you will be doing:

Join our Beauty & Wellness team as an Associate Digital Performance Marketing Manager, where you'll drive conversion-focused, omnichannel paid media strategies across Amazon, Zalando, and DTC platforms in EMEA. Supporting brands like Revlon, Drybar, Curlsmith, Braun, and Vicks, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital campaigns, deliver actionable insights, and grow online market share. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll manage media campaigns, develop creative briefs, and analyze performance across platforms including Amazon Ads, Zalando ZMS, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing. 

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and lead paid media strategies for brands across multiple platforms, aligning with channel owners and central marketing to ensure optimal budget allocation and ROAS targets.

  • Performance Marketing on eTail: Drive paid media tactics to maximize Share of Search (SoS), conversion rates, and ROAS on key eTail platforms.

  • Sales Growth Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance online sales performance across platforms.

  • Agency & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with digital partners, ensuring high performance and proactively identifying new agency opportunities when needed.

  • Campaign Execution: Brief agencies on new campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and smooth execution across all digital channels.

  • Sales Target Contribution: Support achievement of seasonal and annual online sales goals, identifying stretch opportunities to exceed targets.

  • Media KPI Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key paid media metrics across all relevant platforms.

  • Planning & Forecasting: Partner with channel leads and the Senior Marketing Manager on campaign planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

  • Budget Management: Oversee media budgets, including PO creation and tracking.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights and present strategies to cross-functional teams to drive effective media execution.

🗝Skills needed to be successful in this role: 

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus

  • Time management skill able to handle conflicting priorities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical skills, and confident numerical literacy

  • Results driven, adaptable and a team player

Minimum Qualifications: 

  •  3+ Years of experience in a performance marketing position within a similar industry and managing a comparable budget.

  • Must possess a deep understanding of paid routes to market, Google/Microsoft/Meta and Amazon campaign types, requirements, and reporting

  • Previous experience in working with partner agencies
