Our client is a prominent multinational in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, specializing in the personal care category. The organization has built a global reputation for quality, innovation, and consumer trust. The regional office in London, UK, plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives across the European market.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies within the personal care category. The ideal candidate will have a strong brand background, a proven record of managing full product lifecycles, and the ability to translate consumer insights into innovative and commercially successful products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product management from concept to launch, ensuring strong market positioning and profitability.
Develop and implement brand and product strategies aligned with business goals.
Collaborate closely with R&D, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to drive product performance.
Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive activity, and innovation opportunities.
Manage product P&L, pricing, and positioning to maximize category growth.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend course corrections as needed.
Must Have :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
6–15 years of proven experience in product management or brand management within personal care, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors.
Strong technical understanding of product development processes.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
Experience with UK or global consumer markets preferred.
