We’re growing our Newcastle-based Business Development team — and we’re looking for smart, driven sales professionals who want to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role where you’ll own the entire process — from identifying opportunities to nurturing publisher relationships and guiding them through onboarding and early-stage adoption.

Your mission: Help digital publishers understand and unlock the full potential of Ezoic’s platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and qualify independent publishers and businesses
  • Develop compelling outreach campaigns tailored to prospect needs
  • Lead discovery calls, demos, and value-based sales conversations
  • Educate prospects on Ezoic’s tech and its ROI for their business
  • Manage onboarding during the first 45 days — driving activation and early wins
  • Collaborate with our technical and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For

You’re not just a “closer” — you're a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment.

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience or in a customer facing role, ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
  • A desire and drive to hit or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills
  • An analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data and tech conversations
  • A self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit — you’re motivated by impact, not micromanagement
  • The ability to legally work in the UK
