Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new partnerships and clients, focusing on substantial revenue generation.

  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with a diverse range of education providers, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital solutions.

  • Partnership Development: Manage and expand relationships with existing technology partners while exploring new alliances that align with strategic goals.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge and offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.

  • Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, product demonstrations, and sector briefings to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all partner and client interactions to ensure efficient follow-up and relationship management.

About You

Essential:

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or strategic account management.

  • Strong capability to manage relationships across diverse commercial and educational sectors.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to grasp and convey complex product information.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and highly driven.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Desirable:

  • Background in the EdTech or Further Education sector.

  • Knowledge of procurement processes or digital transformation in education.

  • Understanding of the unique challenges faced by colleges, training providers, and adult learning organisations.
