Position: Business Development Manager – Long Term Care
Location: Field based – covering South West UK
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
The impact you will have
The LTC Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable sales of products, services and ultimately solutions within the designated Long Term Care sector.
This role will manage personal efficiency and effectiveness, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve world class KIPs and quality standards to delivery sustainable sales and market share growth within the South Western region.
The skills you will need
It is essential to have a proven track record of sales within a similar customer facing role, ideally within Medical sales, nursing, or having an understanding of the medical sector in the UK.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face, as well as being able to demonstrate professionalism and compassion at all times, as you will need to hand difficult conversations with customers at times.
You will also have the skills to problem solve and seek solutions logically, being resourceful and using your initiative. Organisation is key – you will be planning and organizing your own time and workload.
Due to this role being field based, you will need to hold a valid UK Driving Licence and be comfortable with overnight stays as and when they are required.
