🔎 As a Business Development Manager you will 

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the UK private healthcare sector particularly with Private Medical Insurers (PMIs)

This role focuses on expanding the company’s presence by developing strategic relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through new partnerships in the private UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development - drive revenue by identifying and signing new Private Medical Insurers (PMIs) and other similar organisations prioritising opportunities that meet company objectives
  • Strategic Relationship Building - Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key industry stakeholders and work closely with senior leadership to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Market Expansion & Positioning - proactively identify market trends and opportunities for expansion and represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings to enhance visibility.
  • Reporting & Insights - track and analyse sales data and pipeline metric refine sales strategies, as well as updates on market trends, pipeline status, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management - lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract signature. Internally collaborating with the Product and Customer Operations Team.








Requirements

  • Are experienced in a sales role within the private healthcare market selling a technology solution. 
  • Have the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Take a data driven approach and prioritise time based on pipeline data.
  • Have excellent commercial, negotiation and problem solving skills. 
  • Can apply strategic thinking and seek to identify market opportunities and trends to grow ARR.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
