One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Business Development Manager in the United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team in a fast-growing SaaS environment. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue by engaging with a wide range of event organizers — from music festivals to industry conferences. You’ll lead consultative sales conversations, build strong client relationships, and tailor solutions to fit each customer’s unique needs. The role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and results-driven, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Accountabilities:

  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by securing new client partnerships
  • Deliver consultative, value-driven sales presentations tailored to each prospect’s needs
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through cold and warm outreach, including calls and emails
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract signing
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Legal, and Account Management
  • Track all pipeline activities in the CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings within your market vertical
  • Continuously improve sales processes and contribute to team-wide success initiatives


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Proven record of exceeding quota and driving consistent sales performance
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to identify decision-makers, handle objections, and close deals effectively
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and virtual presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Energetic, competitive, and highly motivated to win and grow
  • Experience in events or related industries is a plus but not required
