Location: Glasgow-based with flexibility
Salary: £33,000 base + £10,000 average (uncapped commission)

This is a client-facing role where the focus is on looking after existing accounts and helping them get even more value from the service. It suits someone who builds strong relationships and can spot new opportunities without being pushy. The clients are already bought in now they need someone to keep things running smoothly and grow the partnership over time.
What the role involves:
Managing a portfolio of existing clients
Winning new business
Acting as their main point of contact
Spotting upsell opportunities and helping accounts grow
Solving problems and coordinating with internal teams
Staying organised and keeping clients happy

Experience in account management or customer success
