Job Description
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Content Marketing Executive to join our Epassi UK Team.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering high impact content that drives brand awareness, supports lead generation, and positions Epassi UK as a leading tech-enabled employee wellbeing and benefits company in the UK. Working within a collaborative marketing team, your focus will be on engaging HR decision makers across the B2B space through compelling, strategic, and insight - led content.
You’ll also help create marketing content that supports our partner network – including benefit providers, gyms, and health assessment providers, ensuring their services are well represented and integrated within our messaging to clients and prospects. You will play a key role in amplifying our voice during an exciting phase of growth and brand integration following the acquisition of Zest. Your content will directly support pipeline development, thought leadership, and campaign performance.
You’ll be successful in this role when you:
- Plan, create, and manage a range of content formats including blogs, whitepapers, email campaigns, guides, social media posts, webinars, case studies, videos, and podcasts
- Develop and execute a B2B content calendar aligned with marketing and commercial objectives
- Create engaging email content and blog posts to nurture leads and build brand trust
- Collaborate closely with the digital and performance marketing specialists to ensure content supports SEO, PPC, and lead - generation goals
- Support brand messaging and tone of voice across all B2B communications, especially
during the brand integration of Epassi UK and Zest
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximise impact, including social, email, and
industry publications
- Conduct industry research to identify content gaps, emerging topics, and opportunities for
thought leadership
- Work with the digital marketing specialist to manage content workflows, email sends, and
performance reporting through Hubspot
- Ensure all content is optimised for SEO and user engagement, using a range of SEO tools
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Partnerships, HR) to gather insights,
customer stories, and internal expertise
- Continuously evaluate content performance and adapt strategies accordingly
You’re a great fit, if you have:
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within HR, SaaS, health, or employee
benefits sectors
- Proven ability to write and edit high quality, engaging, and SEO optimised content
tailored for HR professionals
- Strong understanding of content strategy and lead generation best practices
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) to manage email
campaigns and content workflows
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to guide content optimisation
- Proficiency in Canva (or similar) for creating visually engaging assets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content planning
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple content projects at once
- Interest in health, wellbeing, and improving workplace culture is a plus
KPI’S:
Content engagement: Growth in blog traffic, average time on page, bounce rate
Lead generation: MQLs influenced or driven by content (email, gated content, blog CTAs)
Email performance: Open rates, CTRs, conversion rates
SEO impact: Organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, backlinks to owned content
Content output: Number of content assets delivered per quarter (blogs, guides, case
studies, etc.)
Brand and partner reach: Mentions in industry publications, podcast/video views, webinar
attendance
Partner collaboration: Quality and consistency of content developed for or with partners
