What to expect
As the Corporate Account Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake a vital role for 12 months supporting our Corporate Partners with the successful conversion of our remaining directly managed branches to Corporate Partner Post Offices.
The Corporate Account Manager will work closely with the Retail Change team and our four Corporate Partners ensuring the successful transition of our remaining directly managed branches into their existing network. You will apply advanced knowledge of B2B account management as well as broad knowledge of contract management and transformation as you sit centrally between multiple stakeholders. Working collaboratively with Programme, Operations, Property and Network teams to facilitate successful branch transitions, you will monitor delivery performance against key milestones escalating risks and delays as required.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in B2B Account Management influencing Director and Exec level stakeholders.
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will ideally have experience of Retail transformation programmes. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to utilise a range of techniques to deliver messages effectively, make an impact, and drive a successful outcome.
- Strategic sales skills, with first class influencing and negotiating abilities, to include leading and negotiating discussions.
- Considerable experience in B2B relationship management at a senior level with a strong understanding of franchise partnerships.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders to build support for functional plans and activity.
- Strong commercial business acumen and ability to make data-driven business decisions.
