Employment: Full-time
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Reports to: Group CMO / Marketing Leadership

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Exec to help manage and grow the digital ecosystem surrounding entrepreneur and creator Simon Squibb.
Simon has built a global audience around one mission: helping people turn their dreams into reality.
This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, CRM (email), automation, content distribution and conversion optimisation.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our marketing channels work together effectively, turning social media attention into owned relationships, delivering valuable communications to our audience and continuously improving the systems that support our growth.
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting things done, takes ownership and is equally comfortable building an email campaign, updating a website or troubleshooting a marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. DreamMail & Email Marketing

  • Own the day-to-day management and execution of DreamMail, Simon Squibb's email newsletter.
  • Coordinate newsletter content, scheduling, quality assurance and distribution.
  • Manage email campaigns, automated sequences and audience segmentation.
  • Improve subscriber growth, engagement, retention and click-through rates.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, consent management and deliverability.
  • Build lifecycle campaigns that introduce subscribers to relevant opportunities across the ecosystem.

2. Website & Digital Asset Management

  • Maintain and regularly update Simon Squibb's website and associated digital properties.
  • Ensure pages, content, links, forms and calls to action are accurate, functional and current.
  • Create and update landing pages for campaigns, lead magnets and initiatives.
  • Improve website conversion rates through testing, analytics and optimisation.
  • Use A.I and coordinate with other team members on technical changes.

What We're Looking For

Essential experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, CRM, email marketing or marketing operations.
  • Practical experience managing email marketing platforms and automated customer journeys.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar conversational automation tools.
  • Experience working with website CMS platforms and landing page builders.
  • Good understanding of conversion rate optimisation, lead generation and digital analytics.
  • Strong copywriting, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.

Desirable experience

  • Experience supporting a creator, founder-led brand or large social media audience.
  • Knowledge of GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability, database hygiene and GDPR requirements.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, community-led growth or digital product funnels.
  • Ability to use AI tools and no-code software to improve execution speed.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, we'd expect you to:
  • Take full operational ownership of DreamMail's production, scheduling and reporting.
  • Establish a reliable process for keeping Simon's website and digital assets current.
  • Audit and optimise existing Instagram and ManyChat lead-capture journeys.
  • Ensure new leads are consistently and accurately entering the appropriate CRM workflows.
  • Establish a clear reporting dashboard covering audience growth, email engagement and conversion performance.
  • Identify and implement measurable improvements to audience capture and engagement

The Ideal Candidate

You're a proactive, commercially minded marketing operator who enjoys taking ideas and turning them into working campaigns.
You don't need a large team or complex processes to get things done. You're comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, solving problems independently and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Most importantly, you understand that building a large audience is only the beginning. The real opportunity is turning that attention into lasting relationships through valuable content, well-connected systems and exceptional execution.
You're ambitious enough to recognise that with a fast growing business, the right candidate has the opportunity to grow this role across the group.
