Email Marketing Executive

The primary purpose of the Email Marketing Assistant role is to support the planning, delivery, and reporting of our day-to-day email marketing campaigns. You will take full ownership of the campaign execution process, ensuring every message resonates with our audience and drives engagement.

What will I be focusing on in my new role?

• Supporting wider marketing campaigns and initiatives — including campaign planning, content coordination, landing pages, or other digital activities — to ensure cohesive execution and performance across channels.
• Building and managing email automation workflows across the customer lifecycle, including lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, upsell and retention journeys.
• Monitoring and reporting on email marketing performance – open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other key KPIs – with clear insights and actions to improve results.
• Proactively developing and testing new email strategies to drive higher lead generation and increase the value of opportunities.
• Owning the relationship between the website, CRM, and email platform, ensuring seamless tracking, lead capture, and campaign delivery.
• Staying up to date with email marketing best practices, tools, and compliance requirements.

A little bit about you:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and executing promotional campaigns
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• IT literate with quick learning ability
• Proficient in reporting and analytics to translate data into actionable insights
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email design adjustments
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or GA4
