Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to represent a premium cosmetics brand. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for beauty, someone with excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong track record in driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present products/services and close sales.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Track sales activities, monitor performance against goals, and report on sales metrics to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, within the beauty/aesthetic sector.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license
