Position Summary
We’ve a great opportunity to join our Global Communications Team for Waters & Premium Beverages business.
As the Global Internal Communication Lead for Waters & Premium Beverages (NW&PB) you will help develop and implement the NW&PB Internal communications plans that support our business and employee engagement strategy across all markets. You will be engaging with our employees on key business priorities and initiatives to help drive performance. Inspiring and connecting our people to our new identity and purpose as we go through an exciting period of change and growth. Ensuring proactive engagement, alignment and supporting capabilities across all markets for Internal communication.
A day in the life of a Global Internal Communications Lead
As the Global Internal Communications Lead, you will advocate a positive employee experience where colleagues feel informed, connected, and inspired by the company and the work we do. Developing the internal communication agenda in a way that reflects and embeds our priorities, sets out our strategy and enhances our culture to make sure Nestlé Waters& Premium Beverages is a great place to be.
What will make you successful?
The successful candidate will bring with them solid experience in Internal Communications at global level, within a fast-paced matrix organisation, and it goes without saying you will have exceptional communication skills with lots of energy and passion for delivery.
You will have had experience of supporting innovation in communications, collaborating with others using a variety of channels to communicate with different audiences. Including experience of working with varied stakeholders both internally and externally.
