The Revolution Beauty Junior Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in the development, implementation and management of the Revolution Beauty Groups company brand strategy across multiple international markets and multiple channels. This is a true Global & Omnichannel role and the perfect role for a consumer centric, beauty enthusiast who can work with agility, speed and bucketloads of passion.
Reporting into the Brand Manager you will work closely with the Product Development team & cross functionally with all key stakeholders across the business, to become the subject matter expert of your Beauty Categories, and to work with the Brand Manager on building a full and winning Global 360 launch plan for each of your product launches & campaign initiatives.
This includes using customer insights effectively, building comprehensive knowledge on the competitive landscape, understanding regional & cultural nuances and needs through working closely with local marketing & commercial teams, to ultimately inform the Global to Local strategy, ensuring your global marketing campaigns promote the brand equity consistently and qualitatively across all touch points and across all markets, ready for execution excellence.
The 360-launch plan you develop with the Brand Manager will define the end-to-end customer experience, including influencing essential product messaging & information on product artwork, working with the VM team to create instore presence and power, with the art studio to create a winning toolkit of high impact, high quality images and assets. You will work hand in hand with your PR, Influencer, Social & Paid colleagues and agencies to ensure they are clear on the overarching strategy and ambition to inform their plans. And finally, you will ensure this experience is replicated on all owned digital channels. You will support in building top notch Marketing Decks, in a timely way, with the full 360 vison, ambition and plan brought to life, for the commercial teams to build & execute with their partners.
You will support in continuously conducting performance analysis and ongoing monitoring of initiatives and campaigns to get a strong understanding of best practice through clear ROI/KPI metrics, working with the Brand Manager and Head of Brand Marketing to continue to report back to the business and inform your ongoing strategy.
Finally – you will support with ensuring there is timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business partners and agencies to ensure clarity and alignment is secured at all stages, in doing so, ensuring high calibre launch plans are secured and executed on.
