As Marketing and Events Manager for LGBT Great, part of Allied People Group, you will play a vital role in shaping the growth and visibility of our organisation.
You will lead on developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that amplify LGBT Great’s mission, strengthen brand awareness, and engage diverse audiences. By driving membership, fostering community, and showcasing our impact, you will directly support the strategic business objectives and long-term success of LGBT Great. You will work closely with the CEO, internal teams, member firms, partners, and external agencies in this role.

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong project management and organisational skills.
Ability to distil complex subject matter into accessible content for our audience.
Positive, persuasive communicator.
Understanding of inclusion and people issues within a business environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
Desirable:
Experience working with subscription and services-based business models.
Experience using CRM/automation and design tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva, TypeForm).
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot or ChatGPT.
Remuneration: £50,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Private Medical, Employee Assistance Programme
Working Practices: Hybrid. 3 days in the office, two from home.
