Marketing Executive

This role will be supporting Marketing Managers to deliver the Drinks marketing activity plan. You’ll be assisting to deliver best-in-class promotional Drinks campaigns alongside the internal Marketing teams which drive profitable sales growth, grow market share and customer experience, and drive supplier support and revenue.

Job Description

Your role as Marketing Executive 

• Liaise with Category Managers and Drinks suppliers to gain approval of artwork/creative created by the internal Marketing teams to ensure accuracy of logos, imagery and descriptors to secure funding.
• Track menus/artwork/creative created by the internal Marketing teams to ensure budget trackers are kept up to date and ready to be agreed and invoiced to Drinks suppliers.
•  Process supplier invoices including period end reconciliation, forecasting and raising invoices.
•  Keeping the supplier asset investment tracker up to date, ready for the end of period review, and requesting information where required.
• Supporting the Drinks Marketing Managers to deliver market-leading tier 1 and tier 2 campaigns and activity such as St Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Sporting Tournaments and Christmas. Duties will include administrative support such as collating digital supplier content/assets, compiling nominations for kit activity, completing till forms and legal T&Cs.
• Opportunity to lead on smaller-scale activations, as well as in-pub events and takeovers.
• Assisting the business with Greene King awards evenings, including arranging the presence of Drinks suppliers. Arranging Drinks supplier support for pub brand internal roadshows, conferences and charity requests.

• Previous experience working in a similar role 
• High level of passion for the Hospitality industry, commercially aware and able to integrate company agenda into thinking
• Good communication and presenting skills with the ability to engage the business
• Forward thinking with strong planning & process skills
• Analytical ability to identify key issues and opportunities
