We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team and help drive our growth and brand presence.

The Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering brand-aligned marketing campaigns that increase appointment bookings, customer acquisition, and business growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure all marketing activities are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Practices: Coordinate marketing activities for new practice launches, collaborating with internal teams and partners.
  • Campaigns & Projects: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across in-store, direct mail, digital, and other platforms.
  • Sales Tools: Develop resources to aid sales teams in customer conversion and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Events: Support the development and execution of hearing care events.
  • Internal Communications: Keep stakeholders informed about marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Marketing Queries: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external marketing-related queries.
  • THCP Portal: Manage and maintain the partner portal as a key communication tool.
  • Direct Marketing: Deliver direct marketing activities to meet business objectives.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Use internal business intelligence tools to assess marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing experience in a B2C environment, ideally within healthcare, retail, or a service-led industry.
  • Strong project management and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and track performance effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
