LOVE CORN is on the hunt for a full-time UK Marketing Manager to lead the charge on brand, campaigns, content, retail marketing, and partnerships. You’ll be the driving force behind how we show up across the UK — from TikTok Shop to Tesco shelves.

LOVE CORN won UK SME Brand of the Year in 2024 and is one of the fastest growing snack brands in both the UK and USA. We’ve got big ambitions — and we’re looking for a Marketing Superstar to help us get there.
THE ROLE:
Digital & E-commerce
- Manage agency and adapt strategies to grow TikTok Shop performance — across affiliates, content, and shop experience
- Own and manage UK Amazon content and Ad Creative (A+, video ads, listing optimisations)
- Maintain Shopify (more of a brand hub/magazine front) — ensuring content is up to date
Content, Social & Community
- Lead the strategy and execution of social content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube — supported by an in-house Content Creator & Global Team
- Approve UK-specific content and liaise with the Global Marketing team
- With in-house Content Creator, build a network of Content Creators to tap into
- Drive community growth, make LOVE CORN famous. Supported by Community Manager
Brand & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and seasonal moments across Retail, Amazon, and Partnerships (e.g. Back to School, Summer Sampling, Flavour/Retail Launches)
- Manage creative production and approvals across channels (Packaging, Digital, Social, Print, POS)
Partnerships & Sampling
- Provide strategic direction to the Brand Activation Executive for sampling and partnership opportunities (schools, offices, fitness, retail, community partners)
- Organise influencer and content creator gifting drops around key brand moments
Retail Support
- Support online retail strategy (Citrus, in collaboration with the E-commerce Manager)
- Lead retail media plans and trade advertising — ensuring timely submission and execution
- Support the Sales team with retail decks, sizzle content, and retail marketing collateral
PR & Awards
- Identify and pursue PR opportunities and awards to raise brand visibility
- Support UK press outreach and submissions
Marketing Operations & Planning
- Manage the UK marketing budget and reporting
- Maintain the UK marketing calendar and project tracker
- Conduct content audits and ensure assets are kept up-to-date
- Work cross-functionally with UK Sales and Global Marketing teams
- Support internal company culture and office engagement initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
- 4-6+ years of marketing experience — ideally with a challenger FMCG brand
- Strong digital background — managing Amazon, TikTok shop, Meta Ads, and implementing e-commerce best practices
- Creative thinker with an eye for great design and copy — able to engage communities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A hands-on marketer — happy to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
