We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Project Manager to oversee the management of our TikTok channel (TikTok Shop), drive growth, and optimise processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement strategic incentives to drive growth within a key sales channel.
• Be a key strategic voice within senior leadership discussions, shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
• Drive and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Foster seamless and transparent team communication, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Help to lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship.

• Experience with people management and fostering a results-driven environment.
• Proven experience in managing projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in creator/influencer partnerships.
