National Account Manager, Boots & Pharma Channel

WaterWipes Uk, EMEA +, United Kingdom Full-time 1 hour ago
Account Management

WaterWipes is the world's purest baby wipe brand and a fast-growing, PE-backed FMCG business with ambitious plans for the future.

We're looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to lead our Boots business and help shape the future of our UK pharmacy channel. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important customer, influence growth across an expanding channel, and play a key role in delivering our commercial ambitions.

If you're energised by building customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and turning strategy into results, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of our UK commercial team and carries responsibility for one of our most important retail partnerships. You'll lead the Boots relationship while also helping to drive the wider pharmacy channel strategy across the UK.

You'll own commercial performance, develop customer growth plans and work cross-functionally with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Category, Demand Planning and Finance to deliver sustainable results.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who thrives in a business where ownership, pace and collaboration matter.

What You'll Be Accountable For

You will be responsible for delivering growth across Boots and the wider pharmacy channel, supporting both revenue and profitability objectives.

You'll develop and execute customer plans, identify opportunities to grow distribution and availability, and lead commercial conversations that strengthen our market position. You'll use data, insight and category understanding to make informed decisions and drive performance.

You'll also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered effectively across forecasting, supply, marketing activation and customer execution.

Who This Role Is For

This role is suited to an experienced National Account Manager, Senior National Account Manager or Customer Business Manager with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth within FMCG, consumer healthcare, baby care, personal care or a related category.

You'll be comfortable owning customer relationships, negotiating effectively and influencing across multiple stakeholders. Experience working with Boots, pharmacy customers, wholesalers or distributor-led channels would be highly valued.

Most importantly, you'll bring strong commercial judgement, a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for growing brands and customer partnerships.

What Will Make You Successful Here

Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with commercial delivery.

You'll be someone who quickly builds credibility, develops strong customer relationships and takes ownership of results. You'll be comfortable working at pace, identifying opportunities, solving problems and navigating ambiguity when required.

We're looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with resilience, curiosity and a collaborative approach. You'll naturally build trust, influence stakeholders and keep momentum behind the priorities that matter most.

Why Join WaterWipes

WaterWipes has grown from an Irish success story into a globally recognised brand trusted by parents around the world.

You'll join a business that combines entrepreneurial energy with ambitious growth plans. Decisions are made quickly, people are empowered to make an impact and high performers are given opportunities to develop their careers.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a key commercial channel, work with talented colleagues and contribute directly to the continued growth of a premium global brand.

Location & Practicalities

This role is based remotely within the UK.

Regular engagement with customers and internal stakeholders will be expected, along with travel as required to support customer meetings, team collaboration and business priorities.

The role reports to Amy Ford within the Sales function.

If you're an ambitious commercial professional who enjoys building customer partnerships, delivering growth and taking ownership of meaningful business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
