Location: Bristol (BS32 postcode)

Salary: £25,585 per annum OTE £32,000 per annum

What you’ll do: As a New Business Customer Service Advisor operating in RAC’s iconic call centre in Bradley Stoke, you will be working within the New Business team, and will be responsible for potential members signing up for their breakdown cover at the best price for them and for RAC (No Cold Calling!).

You will have accountability for meeting and exceeding targets set by the wider business to ensure the continued growth of RAC on their journey to be number one for driving services!

This is a busy and challenging role; you'll bring your resilience, tenacity, enthusiasm and energy, and be right at home within our outstanding Bristol team!

What you’ll need for the role as New Business Customer Service Advisor

• Ideally have previous experience working within a sales or service focussed environment and can demonstrate excellent customer service
• To enjoy talking to customers
• Are empathetic and able to build rapport with our members, in an outgoing, confident, engaging manner
• Are self-motivated and passionate about finding the right outcomes for customers
• Have a desire to deliver a first-class customer experience to over 2 million customers
• Can demonstrate the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced sales contact centre, and work well under pressure to meet KPIs

Job title: New Business Customer Service Advisor

Location: Bristol (BS32)

Working hours: Full-time, permanent based on 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday (between their opening hours of 08:00-19:00) with an alternate Saturday OR Sunday shift (09:00 – 17:00), of which you will get a day off in the week.

Salary: £25,585 per annum with an On Target Earnings of up to £32,000 per annum
