Nursing Community Manager (RGN)- Care Home

Location: Bristol BS31 3BG

Hours: 36 hours a week - Days (with flexibility for occasional nights)

Pay: 23.50 per hour

About the Role

Combine clinical expertise with team leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Working alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead nurses and carers to champion dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinical care, ensuring accurate care planning, safe medication administration, and full regulatory compliance.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop care staff to drive best practices and continuous quality improvement.
  
• Person-Centred Care: Foster a compassionate environment that directly improves resident outcomes every day.
  

About You

• Credentials: Active NMC registration and up-to-date revalidation.
  
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a clinical or social care setting, with proven leadership experience.
  
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory standards.
  
• Attributes: A confident, compassionate leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
  
• Flexibility: Some weekend and evening work will be required
