Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, identifying high-value opportunities and engaging with key decision-makers. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced prospector based in the Durham area to take ownership of the top-of-funnel strategy while enjoying the flexibility of a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage with potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach (email, phone, social selling).
  • Qualify leads against our Ideal Customer Profile to ensure a high-quality handoff to the Account Executive team.
  • Master our value proposition to effectively communicate how we solve specific prospect pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain meticulous records of activity and prospect intelligence within the CRM.
  • Mentor junior SDRs by sharing best practices and successful prospecting techniques.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in or near Durham, UK, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • A self-motivated hunter mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of outbound activity.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a "Senior" or "Lead" SDR capacity.
  • Deep familiarity with the local North East business landscape.
  • Experience using advanced sales intelligence tools for lead list building.
