Our Account Based Marketing (ABM) team at Fivetran is searching for a seasoned Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, EMEA to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline acceleration, account expansion, and account engagement for our key target accounts in our Enterprise New Business segment in our EMEA region. You will be a strategic partner to Sales, Business Development, Regional Marketing, Digital, and Demand Generation teams, developing and executing data-driven ABM campaigns that nurture relationships and accelerate deals.
This role will start as 100% remote. In the future, it will transition to a hybrid work model based in London (office location to be determined). Candidates should be based in the UK and open to commuting to a London office a few days per week once established.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with sales to identify and prioritise high-value enterprise new business target accounts.
- Help develop account plans that outline key decision-makers, buying committee dynamics, and specific business challenges.
- Craft compelling, multi-channel ABM campaigns designed to engage target accounts across all stages of the buyer's journey.
- Manage the personalisation and distribution of high-quality content (e.g., white papers, case studies, webinars) and creation of custom microsites tailored to the specific needs of target accounts.
- Create regional, targeted ABM campaigns to build awareness, increase engagement, create new opportunities, and mature pipeline within our top prospect accounts.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to orchestrate impactful 1:1 & 1:few events to foster deeper relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and recommend data-driven optimisations for continuous improvement.
- Measure and report on the ROI of ABM programs, demonstrating the impact on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ABM trends and best practices.
Skills We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a strong focus on ABM.
- Proven track record of developing, executing and tracking successful ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise accounts, including but not limited to Display, Email, Chat, 1:1 Events, and Gifting campaigns.
- Experience working across different EMEA markets - particularly UK, France, & Germany.
- In-depth knowledge of the ABM methodology and best practices.
- Strong understanding of buyer personas, journey mapping, and account-based orchestration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase and Rollworks, or similar technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with a knack for translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
