What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of creating and executing content strategies that deliver real results.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone across platforms (LinkedIn, email, blogs, etc.).
• Experience leading and coaching junior copywriters to elevate their work.
• Proficiency with project management tools and content scheduling software.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and ready to contribute innovative ideas to boost client engagement.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content planning and optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Craft and execute content strategies for clients, including content calendars, key messaging, and LinkedIn/email/blog campaigns.
• Lead content ideation sessions with Account Managers to ensure client objectives shine through in every piece of content.
• Write engaging, top-quality copy that speaks to industrial audiences and meets business goals.
• Mentor junior copywriters to enhance their skills, ensuring content is consistent and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and inject fresh insights into your content to keep it cutting-edge.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure visuals complement your content.
• Use project management tools (like ClickUp) and scheduling systems to stay organized and efficient.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance brainstorming and planning—streamlining your workflow without sacrificing quality.
