Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the planning and execution of owned social media campaigns across key marketing moments.

  • Manage content calendars, publishing schedules and campaign timelines.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, creators, agencies and designers to deliver high-quality content on time.

  • Assist in developing and localising social media content for campaigns, product launches and seasonal events.

  • Monitor content performance, track key metrics and prepare campaign reports with actionable insights.

  • Manage marketing assets and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

  • Stay up to date with social trends, platform features and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.

  • Support day-to-day social media operations and cross-functional project coordination.


Experience/Qualifications:Β 


  • 2-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends.

  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with creators, agencies or influencer marketing is preferred.

  • An analytical mindset, with experience tracking campaign performance and translating insights into recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with social media management or analytics tools is a plus.
