Are you a confident communicator with a drive to succeed? At Berwick Care, we’re seeking a motivated Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about starting conversations, uncovering opportunities, and fuelling business growth, this is the role for you.

As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact in our sales funnel; identifying, attracting, and qualifying new business leads for our sales team to convert into long-term clients. Your goal? Keep our pipeline thriving with exciting opportunities and qualified prospects.

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients
  • Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Ask smart questions, understand needs, and qualify leads
  • Qualify leads and book exploration meetings
  • Log every step in our CRM (NetSuite) with sharp attention to detail
  • Support inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns
  • Log a minimum of 30 daily contacts and 140+ minutes of outreach
  • Generate 20+ qualified leads per month (worth £100k+ GP annually)
  • Hit daily and monthly activity goals – and celebrate every win


Requirements
  • Confident communicator – you’re natural on the phone and quick to build rapport
  • Driven – you love hitting (and beating) targets
  • Resilient – you bounce back from a no and turn it into a maybe
  • Organised – you manage your time and pipeline like a pro
  • CRM-savvy – ideally with NetSuite, but we’ll teach you if needed
  • A team player – collaborative, curious, and always happy to jump in and help
  • Positive attitude – you bring energy, ideas, and professionalism every day
  • Full UK driving licence – for occasional travel to trade shows and industry events
