UK Marketing Executive

Are you a passionate marketing professional ready to embark on an exciting journey with a company in the midst of significant growth? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to strengthen the EMEA West team with a focus on the UK market.

You will play a key role in defining and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing the company's visibility, generating demand, and optimising the customer experience.  You will work closely with multiple stakeholders: the local UK Sales and Account Management team, the Regional Marketing team that you will be a part of, and Global Marketing & Communication teams that include experts in Digital Marketing, Communication, Multi-Media & Design and Product Marketing.

To successfully fill the role:

• You will contribute to the creation and execution of the annual local marketing plan in line with the go-to-market strategy and the corporate marketing strategy, including activity planning and budget;
• You will support demand generation thanks to dedicated initiatives that will create the required pipeline, such as on- and offline events (webinars, roundtables, trade shows), digital advertising campaigns, content syndication, Account Based Marketing programmes;
• You will support customer satisfaction and retention by developing relevant communications and organising customer-facing events;
• You will promote the Planon Brand and maintain a consistent image in terms of design, tone of voice and messaging – across all channels. You will ensure content relevance by reviewing and localising global campaigns for your market;
• You will be responsible for the marketing data quality;
• You will collaborate closely with sales and account managers to ensure marketing efforts translate into sales opportunities;
• By using Salesforce and Marketo (Marketing Automation), you will measure, analyse and report on the ROI of different initiatives.

What do we ask of you?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and/or Two to Five years of B2B Marketing experience within a corporate environment, IT software background preferred;
• Experience in the UK of a broad set of Marketing disciplines including but not limited to: event management, online Marketing, social media, demand generation Marketing, public relations, customer communications, and collateral;
• An entrepreneurial and upbeat attitude, proactive, able to work with initiative and independently to support a rapidly growing organisation;
• Native UK English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Creative thinking, critical analysis and problem-solving skills, along with innovative Marketing expertise are essential;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships quickly;
• Experience working in a decentralised Marketing organisation;
• Previous experience in running Marketing campaigns using Marketing automation tooling and SalesForce CRM is desirable;
• Experience of working with front line B2B Sales is desirable

For this role we have a salary range of £ 36.000 - £ 42.000 along with comprehensive benefits including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a Scottish Widows Pension Scheme, Bupa healthcare and more.
