XLCR Vehicle Leasing is looking to recruit sales & trainee sales team members. If you are unhappy in your current job, or just ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you. Main tasks and responsibilities

Based full time at our prestigious offices in Albert Road, Colne, the successful candidates’ duties will include but not be limited to;

• Responding to all car and van leasing enquiries in a prompt, accurate and friendly manner
• Give the highest level of service to new and existing customers and grow your own client database
• Achieve your own personal target and help towards your team’s performance
• Talk to suppliers and finance companies
• Actively build on product knowledge
• Maintain a level and work rate that meets the company’s expectations
• Follow all company and industry / regulatory procedures (full training given)

Candidate profile

• Must have a hunger to chase and close new business from both existing and new customers
• Previous experience in a sales role isn’t essential, but enthusiasm is
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on your own
• Honest, trustworthy and a team player
• Have an energetic and positive attitude towards work
• You’ll have a strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and be able to adapt to new ways of working
• Organised and numerate with an eye for detail
• Enthusiasm to learn
• Punctual, with the attitude to go the extra mile if needed

What we offer

• Basic wage of £22308
• Opportunity to earn £100k OTE, although this isn’t capped and is limitless based on your own ability and hunger

• Monday to Friday, 9.00 till 5.30, no weekends

Salary: £22,308.00-£100,000.00 per year
