Chadderton, Manchester | Full-time (hybrid) | Monday–Friday 

Are you a results-driven, consultative salesperson who thrives on growing existing accounts and hitting ambitious targets? At Viking, you’ll manage a portfolio of around 500 B2B customers, with the opportunity to increase share of wallet, penetrate new product categories, and drive real commercial impact. 

With over 40,000 products, you’ll have plenty to talk about — giving you the tools to provide tailored solutions, uncover opportunities, and build long-term customer loyalty. This is a sales-led account management role where performance is recognised and rewarded. 

What you’ll do 

  • Own and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, maximising revenue potential 

  • Drive share of wallet through cross-sell, upsell, and category expansion 

  • Use customer insight and purchasing patterns to prioritise and grow accounts 

  • Conduct regular outbound sales calls and respond to inbound opportunities 

  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions from a broad product range 

  • Implement campaigns with Marketing to achieve sales targets 

  • Hit individual and team KPIs, with results recognised and rewarded 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused, B2B or high-volume contact environment 

  • A commercial, target-driven mindset with a hunger to grow accounts 

  • A consultative selling style, building trust and influencing decision-makers 

  • Confident communication by phone and online 

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes 

  • Strong MS Office skills
