EatClub is a wildly successful Australian food tech startup, and after scaling across every major city down under, we’ve landed in the UK. We’re now looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to help us grow and support our restaurant partnerships across London.

We operate across all major Australian cities and have just launched in London, with plans to scale quickly across the UK. Our mission? To help more people discover great food at better prices while helping restaurants thrive.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Account Manager to join our fast-paced, rapidly scaling UK team. In this role, you’ll drive restaurant success on the EatClub platform — optimising partner performance, improving retention, and growing revenue across your portfolio.

But this isn’t your average AM role. Our team acts as strategic advisors, consulting on pricing, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact a restaurant’s bottom line.

You’ll report into a Regional Manager and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver real impact for your venues.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurants across London
  • Use data and insights to improve venue performance and revenue
  • Guide partners through onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimisation
  • Identify commercial opportunities (e.g. upsells, marketing, integrations)
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with restaurant owners and managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the partner experience
  • Be out in the field – visiting venues and supporting them hands-on

  • A natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial edge
  • Analytical – you can interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, startup environment where agility is key
  • Passionate about hospitality, tech, and helping businesses grow
  • Proactive, organised, and outcome-driven

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years’ experience in account management, customer success or sales
  • Proven track record working to retention or revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously
  • A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (field-based role)
  • Hospitality, tech, or marketplace experience is a big plus
