Brand Manager - USA, Australia, and New Zealand

We’re now looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead our exceptional USA, Australia, and New Zealand portfolio – representing acclaimed producers such as Ridge Vineyards, Buena Vista, Dog Point, Lethbridge, Babich, and Yarra Yerring.

This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong marketing background – ideally in luxury or premium brands – and the ability to apply that expertise to wine. A solid understanding of the UK drinks sector (on and off trade) is essential, along with a passion for premium wine.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative, commercially effective brand plans to achieve targets
• Define brand positioning and channel strategy, ensuring consistent messaging
• Analyse market and internal data to identify growth opportunities
• Design and implement communication strategies including advertising, PR and promotions
• Report monthly on performance metrics and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute brand activities
• Build strong relationships with brand owners and key stakeholders
• Represent Berkmann at events, tastings and promotions

What We Are Looking For

• Proven marketing experience within the UK drinks industry or luxury brands
• Strong understanding of the UK wine market, consumer trends, and competitor activity
• Experience managing brand partnerships and sponsorships
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, creative and commercially minded
• WSET Level 3 (Diploma desirable)
• Degree in marketing, business or related discipline preferred
• Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams and Navision

Working Pattern 

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm. However, given the nature of our clients in the hospitality sector, flexibility is essential — evening and occasional weekend work will be required to support customer needs, events, and tastings. Some activities may also involve international travel, so a valid passport is necessary.

Work Location

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work in head office at least 3 days a week.
