Habit Hire is thrilled to be assisting a well -regarded family -run telecom business in their pursuit of a Business Development Manager. Our client is a thriving establishment, specializing in VoIP telephone systems and corporate business mobile solutions. We are seeking an experienced sales enthusiast to join their team and contribute to their continued success. Candidates must have experience in selling Telecoms previously.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

- Utilize your previous sales expertise to promote and sell VoIP telephone systems and corporate business mobile solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Cultivate new business relationships, with a focus on generating referrals and self -sourced appointments.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Close deals and establish a client base, with the opportunity to retain and manage these accounts for future growth.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Develop a deep understanding of the telecom products to effectively address customer needs and offer suitable solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement sales plans and targets.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Gradually transition from a new business role to an Account Management position, earning additional income from upselling and contract renewals.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications:<\/span><\/b><\/b>
<\/p>

- Minimum of one year's proven track record in new business sales, particularly in the VoIP or corporate business mobile solutions sector.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with potential clients and nurture relationships.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Ability to self -generate appointments and leverage referrals for successful lead acquisition.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Self -motivated, target -driven, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

- Previous experience with telecom products and services are essential.<\/span>

- Base salary benchmark £32,000<\/span>
<\/p>

- Uncapped commission structure:<\/span>
<\/p>

- £350.00 monthly car allowance.<\/span>
