We’re now looking for a high performing Business Development Manager to join our Dartford team and play a key role in our next phase of strategic growth.
This opportunity is designed for someone who brings more than just sales experience. You’ll need a minimum of 3 years in B2B telecoms, with a proven history of consistently billing £30,000+ per month in new business. You'll also have experience selling into niche sectors such as estate agency, healthcare, education, hospitality, or similar and know how to tailor telecoms solutions to fit their needs.
What’s on offer:
· Base salary: £28,000 – £36,000 (DOE)
· Uncapped commission – earn 10% of your monthly billings
→ Realistic OTE: £70,000 – £100,000+
· Progression into senior or strategic sales roles
· Dedicated onboarding and ongoing professional development
· Strong internal support, marketing, and lead gen backing
· Office based role in Dartford, working within a high performance sales culture
What you’ll be doing:
· Generating, managing, and closing high value new business opportunities
· Selling tailored telecoms and VoIP packages into your target niche market
· Building and nurturing relationships with decision makers and key influencers
· Understanding sector specific pain points and delivering tailored solutions
· Using CRM systems to manage pipeline, track performance, and forecast accurately
· Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly targets
What we’re looking for:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B telecoms sales
· A strong track record of billing £30k+ per month in new business
· Proven success selling into specialist markets (e.g. legal, property, education, medical, hospitality, etc.)
· Excellent consultative selling and relationship building skills
· Highly motivated, commercially sharp, and confident in closing deals
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results driven environment
