Are you passionate about digital marketing and keen to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? The Hill Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to play a key role in managing and maintaining our website, property portals, and reporting tools – ensuring our developments are showcased at their very best across all digital platforms.

Working closely with the wider marketing, sales, and communications teams, you'll help set up new developments online, keep plot availability and content up to date, and ensure every digital touchpoint aligns with our brand. From monitoring property portals like Rightmove and WhatHouse, to supporting microsites and digital campaigns, you’ll be involved in every step of the customer journey.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain and update our website with current plot availability, visuals, and key property details
• Assist in setting up and monitoring digital listings across property portals
• Manage website updates through Jira and help resolve technical issues quickly
• Support marketing campaigns with digital assets and creative input
• Review analytics to track performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure all content reflects our high brand standards and attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

• A relevant marketing qualification or hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence using CMS platforms and analytics tools
• A keen eye for visual content and brand consistency
• Enthusiasm for property and a proactive mindset
