Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and technical Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising multi-channel paid campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Reddit…

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.

  • A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to refine messaging and drive engagement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, product marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and freelance talent when needed, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with objectives.

  • Tools & Platforms: Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and others for tracking and reporting.

  • Budget Ownership: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum performance                              

  • Autonomy & Initiative: Operate with a high degree of independence and initiative; able to identify needs, propose solutions, and take ownership of execution from strategy to reporting.

  • Stay Current: Keep up with paid media trends, and algorithm updates to maintain cutting-edge strategies.

Profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools

  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity or tech industry is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or freelancers is a plus.

  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
