A globally recognised boutique management consulting firm specialising in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities Management (FM). The organisation works with Fortune 500 companies across North & South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, helping clients achieve significant cost savings and operational improvements. Clients include household names such as Coca-Cola, Pfizer, L’Oréal, Rolls-Royce, and Microsoft.

 

The Role

The Event Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of global conferences and events, ensuring they meet the highest standards. The role involves organising logistics, marketing the events, and managing the entire lifecycle of each project.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end event management, including budgeting, venue selection, catering, and AV coordination.
  • Develop event marketing materials and manage promotional campaigns.
  • Write and manage event agendas, speaker bios, and updates to conference websites.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and senior-level participants.
  • Ensure seamless on-site delivery for major events, including VIP dinners and speaker sessions.
  • Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel 1–2 times per year for events or team meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of event management experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience organising events for senior executives is highly desirable.
  • A self-motivated individual comfortable working with a remote global team.
  • Ability to work on all aspects of events, from logistics to marketing.
