Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, occasional evenings and weekends required to support at events.
Salary: £34,067 per annum
Location: Sale Road Norwich with a requirement to travel between Norwich, North, East, South and West Norfolk
*Must hold a valid UK driving licence, have access to own vehicle with business insurance, and be able to drive a hire van to transport equipment and materials to events as required. Mileage is
paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

Working as the Fundraising and Events Manager you will lead the planning and delivery of a dynamic fundraising and events programme that maximises income, builds strong engagement with supporters, stakeholders, and corporate partners, and aligns with the charity’s mission and strategic objectives.
This is a pivotal management role within the charity, requiring an experienced, energetic, and results-driven individual who can inspire and develop a high-performing team. The postholder will foster creativity and innovation, helping the team to plan effectively and identify new opportunities to diversify income streams and deliver ambitious targets.
Working closely with the Head of Charity Development and colleagues across the charity, the Fundraising and Events Manager will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring all fundraising activities and events are professionally executed, compliant with fundraising regulations, and informed by community needs. They will be accountable for achieving agreed income targets, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and regularly updating the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees on progress.
