Internal Communications Executive

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Internal Communications Executive to help keep colleagues informed, engaged and connected across the business. This is a Fixed Term role until April 2027 and we would consider either a Full time or Part time applicant.

About the role

You’ll support weekly communications, intranet updates, colleague events and engagement activity, working with teams across the organisation to share clear and timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Support weekly executive communications and all-colleague updates.
• Update the intranet with news, events, volunteering opportunities and key colleague information.
• Coordinate Wednesday calls, town halls and supporting materials.
• Support engagement activity including Values Awards, Christmas events and colleague lunch and learn sessions.
• Help deliver quarterly corporate objective updates and People communications.
• Coordinate the WorkL survey, poster updates and colleague network communications.

About you

You’ll be a confident communicator with strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships across the business. You will have experience working in the Financial services or Insurance industry.

• Experience in internal communications, colleague engagement, events or a similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills across different channels and audiences.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise work and respond to stakeholder requests.
• A proactive, creative approach to sharing stories and improving colleague communications.
