We are currently recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager on a full-time 12-month fixed term basis to cover a maternity leave. This will be based with our People and Transformation team and we are flexible on the location of this role.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you’ll shape and deliver impactful communications across ACCA.

You will:

  • Partner with the People & Transformation, Strategy & Governance, and Finance & Operations directorates to develop comprehensive IC plans, deliver key initiatives, and support culture, compliance, and operational messaging

  • Develop content for monthly directorate calls, working with leaders to create engaging content and clear messages

  • Drive internal communications for our AI and sustainability programmes, connecting employees with external insights and internal initiatives

  • Write and deliver engaging internal news and people stories for a global audience, tailored to channels and aligned with ACCA’s brand and tone

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate campaigns, applying best practices and feedback to continuously improve IC.

About you

You will bring:

  • Experience creating impactful communications for diverse, global audiences

  • A track record in IC planning, delivering campaigns, and partnering across multiple teams

  • Strong writing, verbal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to inspire action

  • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative style aligned with ACCA’s values.
