What’s the Role?
As the Campaigns Manager for EMEA Marketing at ThoughtSpot, you’ll play a critical role in planning, launching, and optimizing integrated campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue across our partner ecosystem. You’ll lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing programs—including joint product and vertical campaigns, co-branded plays, and regional GTM initiatives—that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of ThoughtSpot’s solutions.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring close alignment with sales, product marketing, and our strategic partners to deliver scalable, data-driven campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive EMEA campaign strategy aligned to business objectives and revenue goals
Collaborate with product marketing and partner teams to craft targeted messaging and GTM strategies for joint solutions
Define campaign goals, KPIs, and integrated plans across digital, events, email, and partner channels
Campaign Execution
Build and launch integrated campaigns that promote ThoughtSpot’s joint solutions, vertical offerings, and partner-led initiatives
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content development, timeline management, and performance tracking
Partner closely with regional sales and partner teams to ensure campaigns support pipeline acceleration and deal progression
Performance & Optimization
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using the ThoughtSpot platform and other tools to optimize for impact
Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and executive leadership
Continuously test and refine campaign tactics to improve conversion rates and ROI
Sales & Partner Enablement
Equip sales and partner teams with campaign-related content, messaging, and enablement tools
Develop campaign playbooks, pitch decks, and vertical-specific resources to ensure field readiness
Align closely with field teams to incorporate feedback and maximize adoption of marketing programs
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated campaign strategy and execution
Strong understanding of product and solution marketing, including vertical and partner-based GTM strategies
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and business audiences
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of campaign analytics and performance optimization
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional project management skills
Creative, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is open to feedback and continuous learning
