🌟 The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who brings experience from industrial or heavy-duty environments — think Chemical, Construction, Waste, Recycling, Aggregates, or similar sectors. You’ll need to be more than just creative — you’ll need to be strategic, hands-on, and commercially aware.
Working closely with the Head of Growth and other Directors, this role is pivotal in building a high-performing marketing function. You’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own — and in time, build a team beneath you.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and execute the full marketing strategy across digital, brand, and campaign activity
- Deep-dive into our industrial service lines to understand customer needs, market trends, and sector nuances
- Create and manage content (yes, real content — not just AI-generated fluff)
- Drive lead generation through SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with sales and business growth goals
- Track performance, report on ROI, and continually optimise strategies
- Support internal communications and employer branding
- Prepare the groundwork to grow and lead a future marketing team
✅ What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role
- Background in industrial, environmental, or heavy goods sectors
- Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, content, email, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills — you're happy to roll up your sleeves
- A strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to take initiative and make decisions
- Comfortable working closely with leadership in a collaborative, in-office setting (hybrid available but being on-site when needed is important)
- A genuine interest in understanding and championing our services and industries
